calls?
Making Calls
Your Clay Prepaid Germany SIM cards must have credit to make outgoing calls Always
dial numbers with full international dialing code even if you are making a local
call within the country. (For Example dialing in India 9810698005 would become +919810698005)
Your Clay Germany Prepaid SIM card has FREE Incoming across Germany. For other countries
you must have credit to receive calls. Your Clay Prepaid SIM is a GERMANY based
mobile number. To call your mobile number, the customer just has to dial your number
with Germany code. i.e. 0049XXXXXXXXXX
Text Messages
Clay supports standard text messaging (SMS) for incoming & outgoing messages.
You must always dial “+” before any number & country code for sending
a text message

Q3. How do I top-up?
Option 1: Go to www.claprepaid.com.
To Login, use your Mobile number (accompanied by 49 in front) as username and 4
digits pin number as password. Once logged the user
has to go a payment gateway to get his Recharge Voucher. After the user receive
the recharge voucher, they can recharge their account by dialing *101*Voucher Code#
(green button).
The recharge value is available in Euro 10 or multiple of Euro 10 only. Therefore,
recharges, less than Euro 10 is not possible.
Option 2: Alternatively,
you can purchase additional credit from Clay by contacting our customer service
at (insert number). This mode of payment is valid for payment in cash or if you’re
online recharge fails.
A user can also check its balance on the go by dialing *100# (green button) from
his cellular phone.

Q5. How can I access my voice mails?
Your mailbox is your personal answering machine if you are unable to get to the
phone or do not pick up a call within 20 seconds. The mailbox is installed by default.
To access your mailbox, speed dial 9911 from your mobile. Your mailbox will record
messages lasting up to 2 hours and will store them for a period of up to 14 days.
You will be sent a text message free of charge every time a message is left in your
mailbox.
Customising your mailbox
* To get started, simply dial *31#9911 from your mobile phone and follow the instructions
issued by the voice menu.
* Enter a secret number for your mailbox, followed by the hash key (#). This secret
number will prevent unauthorised access by third parties and is also used to pick
up messages from a landline or from countries outside Germany. If you forget your
secret number, you can enter a new one quite easily. Simply dial 9911 from your
mobile phone and press 4 2 to access the menu for changing your secret number.
Tip: Set your mailbox secret number to the same key combination as your PIN. This
will make it easy to remember.
* Once you have entered your secret number you can record your name or a personal
message. To do this, press 2 to access the message menu. To record your name press
1 and to record a personal message press 2.
Picking up messages
As soon as a new message arrives in your mailbox, you will be sent a text message
free of charge. You can use any of the following methods to pick up received messages:
* Dial 9911 from your mobile phone to connect directly to your mailbox.
* From another German mobile phone network or from a landline in Germany, dial 01570
99 followed by your personal 7-digit telephone number (e.g. 01570 99 2345678). Press
the hash key (#) whilst the welcome message is playing and then enter your mailbox
secret number followed by the hash key (#).
* If you are calling from outside Germany, simply dial 0049 1570 99 followed by
your personal 7 digit telephone number (e.g. 01570 99 2345678). Press the hash key
(#) whilst the welcome message is playing and then enter your mailbox secret number
followed by the hash key (#).
Diverting calls to your mailbox
To set up call diversion to your mailbox, please follow the instructions in the
manual provided with your mobile phone. When specifying the number to which calls
should be diverted, please enter the prefix 0049 1570 followed by 99 and then your
personal 7-digit telephone number (e.g. 0049 1570 99 2345678).
Please note that it is more expensive to divert calls from outside Germany.
Tip: You can record a message indicating that you are absent with your mailbox.
This means that you can let callers know that you are on holiday or unavailable
during a particular period. To activate or deactivate absent mode, simply dial 9911
from your mobile phone followed by 4 1 1. Please note that if you activate absent
mode, it will not be possible for callers to leave messages.
