German Pre-Paid SIM Card User Guide

Thank you for purchasing your Clay German Pre-Paid Sim card. Our Sim will reduce
your mobile roaming charges significantly whilst overseas.
YOUR MOBILE PHONE MUST BE UNLOCKED TO FUNCTION WITH YOUR CLAY SIM CARD
Note your phone number, PIN and PIN unlock code (PUK) for future reference.
Your PIN is provided on the plastic holder of your SIM card.
Make sure you set your handset “Band” or “Frequency”
selection to “Auto” or that you select the correct frequency for the
region you are visiting.
GETTING
STARTED
Your Clay German Pre-Paid sim card connects you to the E-Plus GSM network in
Germany.
1. Break the Sim card from its plastic transit card
2. Insert Sim into your “unlocked” and compatible mobile phone
3. Switch on your phone
4. Enter your PIN*
5. Make your calls
* Please note: Your PIN is a four-digit code located
on the plastic holder of your SIM card. You will need this PIN whenever you switch
on your phone. Enter the PIN correctly. If you incorrectly enter the PIN 3 times,
Sim will be blocked. Please retain the plastic cover, which also contains the PUK
number If you inadvertently lock your Sim or forget your PIN, you will need to use
your PUK (PIN unlock code) to re-set Sim Card. To do this, enter the PUK code then
your new PIN.

Using your pin code |
In Germany please use the standard 4-digit PIN every time you switch on your phone.
Your PIN is provided on the plastic holder of your SIM card.

To use your phone outside Germany, you have to restart your phone and enter your
PIN again with prefix 2 in the front. This makes it a 5-digit PIN. For e.g. while
using your phone in U.K. your pin XXXX would become 2XXXX.

Making calls:
|
Your Clay Prepaid Germany SIM cards must have credit to make outgoing calls. Always
dial numbers with full international code, whether Local or International. For e.g.
-Dialing local number +49-XXXXXXXXXX
-Dialing USA number +1-XXXXXXXXXX

Reciveing calls: |
Your Clay Germany Prepaid SIM card has FREE Incoming across Germany. Your Clay Prepaid
SIM is a GERMANY based mobile number. To call your mobile number, the customer just
has to dial your number with Germany code. i.e. 0049XXXXXXXXXX

You must have credit to receive calls.

To activate your voice mail services and to retrieve messages dial 9911 from you
mobile
To record your personalized voice mail message
Dial ✴31#9911(SEND)
Call forwarding to the Voicemail is managed through the menu of your mobile phone.
Please forward calls to +49157099 and last 7 digit of YOUR NUMBER.

For international access please dial:

Press # during the voice prompt. Enter your 4-digit Voice Mail-PIN and press # again.

To check you actual balance, please dial *100# (SEND)

Recharge (Vouchers) |
To recharge please buy voucher codes from us and activate the electronic voucher
number through your phone: Please type ✴101✴(12 digit voucher code)#

Recharge (WEB) |

Conference calling |
You may turn any call into a conference call. Once you have the first person
on the line, simply dial another number. Within a few moments, that person will
be added to your conference call. Repeat this sequence to add additional parties
to the conference. You can add a maximum of two people in call conferencing
|

Service life |
The pre paid card has a service life of one year from the date of purchase.
However, it can be extended by simply recharging the card.
